Job Requirements
- Culinary degree preferred
- 3-5 years of chef experience
- Must have supervisory coaching and staff development skills
- Must be highly organized efficient and detail-oriented
- Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Supervise preparation of catered and concession food items
- Evaluate food products to assure that quality standards are consistently achieved
- Improve menu selection
- Forecast budgets and action plans pertaining to food and beverage operation
- Ensure high standards of sanitation cleanliness and safety throughout all kitchen areas at all times
- Maintain kitchen equipment by following operating guidelines troubleshoot breakdowns and perform preventative maintenance
- Sporadically visit dining area to welcome members
- Institute and implement all Troon human resources guidelines
- Ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations
- Perform clean-up and closing procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
