Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of chef experience
  • Must have supervisory coaching and staff development skills
  • Must be highly organized efficient and detail-oriented
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Supervise preparation of catered and concession food items
  • Evaluate food products to assure that quality standards are consistently achieved
  • Improve menu selection
  • Forecast budgets and action plans pertaining to food and beverage operation
  • Ensure high standards of sanitation cleanliness and safety throughout all kitchen areas at all times
  • Maintain kitchen equipment by following operating guidelines troubleshoot breakdowns and perform preventative maintenance
  • Sporadically visit dining area to welcome members
  • Institute and implement all Troon human resources guidelines
  • Ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations
  • Perform clean-up and closing procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
