Renaissance Westerville Hotel, an exceptional property managed by Concord Hospitality Enterprises Company, stands as the number one Renaissance Hotel in the country, respected for its innovation and exemplary hospitality standards. The hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which is a separate company from Marriott International, Inc. This franchisee independently controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.
