Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of high volume culinary and hospitality experience
  • 3+ years of high volume kitchen leadership experience
  • current food handler's card and other certifications as required by law
  • strong knowledge of food and restaurant service skills including food production, storage, preparation, and service standards
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • comfortable using computers including Windows, Microsoft Office, POS systems, and email
  • bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality or similar preferred
  • willingness to perform other required duties
  • able to lift or move up to 50 pounds frequently
  • able to bend, stoop, kneel frequently
  • able to stand for duration of shift
  • able to operate kitchen equipment and tools as trained
  • available for scheduled shifts based on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality, or similar preferred
  • 5+ years of high volume culinary and hospitality experience
  • 3+ years of high volume kitchen leadership experience
  • current food handler's card and required certifications
  • strong knowledge of food and restaurant service including all phases of food production, storage, preparation, recipe adherence, plate presentation, and service time standards
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency with computers including Windows, Microsoft Office, POS systems, and Outlook email
  • proven track record of increasing experience and responsibility
  • willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
