Job Requirements

  • Five plus years of experience working as an Executive Chef in a high volume, upscale restaurant
  • Experience creating innovative menu items
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
  • Ability to manage budgets and inventory efficiently
  • Demonstrated discretion and leadership in employee relations
  • Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, catering software, scheduling systems, and POS systems
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
  • Flexible and dependable to work full-time day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays

  • Proven ability to create innovative menu items
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Experience managing budgets and inventory efficiently
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, events and catering software, scheduling systems, and point-of-sale systems
  • Demonstrated experience in collaboration and communication across organizational levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand, speak, and follow written and verbal instructions in English

Job Duties

  • Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Develop and implement seasonal menu specials that reflect creativity and top-tier quality
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of culinary professionals to reach their full potential
  • Effectively manage budgets and inventory to optimize profitability while maintaining food quality
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate catering and special events
  • Maintain strong communication across all organizational levels and handle complex employee relations matters with discretion
