Job Requirements
- Five plus years of experience working as an Executive Chef in a high volume, upscale restaurant
- Experience creating innovative menu items
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
- Ability to manage budgets and inventory efficiently
- Demonstrated discretion and leadership in employee relations
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, catering software, scheduling systems, and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Flexible and dependable to work full-time day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Ability to understand, speak, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
Job Duties
- Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Develop and implement seasonal menu specials that reflect creativity and top-tier quality
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of culinary professionals to reach their full potential
- Effectively manage budgets and inventory to optimize profitability while maintaining food quality
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate catering and special events
- Maintain strong communication across all organizational levels and handle complex employee relations matters with discretion
