Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of executive chef background
  • Knowledge and ability to implement culinary standards
  • Experience in creating and implementing new concepts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities
  • Ability to multitask and execute multiple events

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an executive chef in restaurant and banquet/catering operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strength in training and team building programs
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple events
  • Experience in creating and implementing successful new culinary concepts

Job Duties

  • Provide visionary leadership for culinary research and development
  • Devise innovative product offerings for various dining venues
  • Formulate and implement procedural guidelines, policies, and standards for food operations
  • Monitor industry trends and collaborate on culinary research and development efforts
  • Manage creation of menus, preparation instructions, and dish specifications
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to source required products
  • Develop standards, processes, and tools for consistent culinary products
  • Guide and support culinary team in adherence to company standards
  • Monitor feedback and take corrective actions for guest satisfaction
  • Develop and administer quality assurance processes including audits and surveys
