Job Duties

  • Work the line and encourage staff development
  • Promote a positive experience for staff and guests to achieve P&L goals
  • Oversee all aspects of the kitchen including problem resolution and communication
  • Champion internal hospitality and lead the team to craft memorable dishes
  • Nurture a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
  • Collaborate with General Manager and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
  • Ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • Manage labor, budgets, forecasts, and ensure bottom line meets expectations
