Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years experience in a senior culinary leadership position
- valid food handler's certification
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- proficiency in kitchen management software
- physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as an executive chef or senior culinary role
- strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- lead the culinary team to create and execute innovative menus

- collaborate with hotel management to enhance guest dining experiences
- oversee training and development of kitchen staff
- maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
- participate in menu planning and food costing
