Job Requirements
- prior experience in a country club or multi-unit luxury hotel or resort
- culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- creativity in menu planning and execution
- ability to recruit and develop culinary staff
- willingness to engage with club members and participate in events
Job Qualifications
- certified executive chef (cec) preferred
- proven experience in country club culinary management
- strong leadership and team building skills
- expertise in menu development and culinary innovation
- excellent communication and member engagement abilities
- ability to manage budgets and labor effectively
- prior experience in luxury hotel or resort culinary operations preferred
Job Duties
- lead kitchen operations ensuring high quality and timely food service
- recruit and develop culinary staff with a focus on team culture
- design and implement creative menus aligned with member preferences
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards rigorously
- manage labor schedules and budget in coordination with assistant general manager
