Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years related culinary experience and/or training
  • two or more years of management experience leading BoH operations in a high-volume, full-service kitchen
  • ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
  • ability to handle sensitive, confidential information discreetly and professionally
  • sushi experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • availability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes distracting environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensuring a culture of positivity and accountability
  • executing operational excellence in food quality, service, and guest experience
  • driving, leading, and overseeing all kitchen and sushi operations to positively impact P&L
  • oversee critical quality control points for every menu item, including portioning and plating
  • hiring, training, and developing employees
  • exercising independent judgment and discretion regularly
  • handling sensitive and confidential information professionally
