Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Food Safety and Hygiene certification
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 5 years experience in high-volume kitchen, with at least 2 years in leadership role
- Ability to prepare and analyze reports
- Proven track record of menu development and cost management
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and culinary techniques
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Preferred leadership skills
- Preferred ability to manage costs and maintain compliance
- Preferred ability to inspire a collaborative team environment

Job Duties
- Menu planning and development to create and update menus reflecting seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and culinary trends
- Oversee food preparation and quality control ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and appearance
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment through effective scheduling
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies in all kitchen operations
- Prepare and analyze operational reports including food and labor cost, sales metrics, and inventory data to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with Food and Beverage Manager and stakeholders to streamline culinary processes and deliver seamless dining experiences
