Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as an Executive Chef
  • Culinary Arts degree preferred but not required with exceptional experience
  • Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
  • Proven experience in high-volume kitchen operations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Collaborative team approach

  • Culinary Arts degree preferred
  • Proven history of producing high-quality cuisine
  • Experience in cost control

Job Duties

  • Direct and oversee all kitchen activities
  • Train chefs, cooks, and kitchen workers
  • Ensure efficient, profitable, safe, and sanitary food service
  • Control labor and food costs
  • Manage kitchen budgeting

  • Hire, train, and develop culinary staff
