Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in kitchen leadership or similar role
- AOS Culinary School graduate or related training is a plus
- Functional working knowledge of Health Department, OSHA, and related regulations
- Ability to multitask and manage in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated decision making and troubleshooting skills
- Financial and analytical skills to meet budgets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer and technological skills
- Must have ServSafe food handler's certificate
- Ability to perform physical work including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee all kitchen production areas and manage multiple shifts
- Monitor production procedures for quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Supervise kitchen management to ensure standard operating procedures compliance
- Train kitchen staff on food storage, preparation, and presentation
- Implement and manage culinary projects and initiatives
- Develop methodologies to improve kitchen operations
- Ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards compliance
- Collaborate with company divisions to achieve business goals
- Manage culinary inventory, waste control, and vendor relations
- Maintain financial control over food and labor costs
- Oversee event menu creation and culinary marketing efforts
- Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate administrative records and scheduling
