Job Duties

  • lead the culinary team to ensure flawless execution of dishes

  • manage kitchen operations including inventory, food safety, and sanitation
  • train and mentor kitchen staff fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
  • oversee quality control to maintain high standards of food presentation and taste
