Job Requirements
- 5+ years of high volume culinary hospitality experience
- 3+ years of high volume kitchen leadership experience
- Current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal state local law
- Strong knowledge of food restaurant service skills all phases of food production and service including storage and rotation food preparation recipe adherence plate presentation and service and production time standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate operational information
- Comfortable using a computer navigating Windows and Microsoft Office Point of Sale System and Outlook Email
- Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts Hospitality or similar preferred
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business

- Strong knowledge of food restaurant service skills including food production storage rotation preparation recipe adherence plate presentation and service standards
- Proven track record of increasing experience and responsibility in culinary leadership
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computers navigating Windows Microsoft Office Point of Sale system and Outlook Email
- Ability to perform other duties as required to support the business
Job Duties
- Create a relaxed destination promoting a learning and training environment for all kitchen members focusing on proper cooking techniques knife skills and time management
- Responsible for kitchen operations ensuring the kitchen team delivers exceptional culinary experiences to guests
- Manage individual restaurant expenses ensuring budgetary compliance and effectively communicate monthly financial information including food cost labor expense and supply purchases
- Maintain appropriate staff levels based on projected sales and business needs
- Seek out marketing opportunities within the community and partner with retail to leverage the retail restaurant relationship during marketing and sales events
