Job Requirements

- Minimum 6 years culinary or food and beverage experience
- Or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- At least 4 years of professional culinary experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to manage budgets and expenses
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment

- Experience in budgeting and cost control
- Ability to train and mentor staff
Job Duties
- Lead kitchen management team
- Provide direction for all day-to-day kitchen operations
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and food preparation workers
- Develop and implement purchasing and receiving guidelines and controls
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards
- Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation regulations
- Manage budget and controllable expenses including food cost and supplies
- Provide training and coaching to kitchen staff
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee discipline
