Job Requirements

  • Ability to learn, grow, and evolve professionally
  • Experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef
  • Ability to craft seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
  • Skill in managing fixed food, labor, and product costs
  • Capability to lead a kitchen to prepare flawless dishes timely
  • Strong relationship development with staff, guests, and residents
  • Passion for service and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, screening, and use of personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef in a full scratch kitchen
  • Proven ability to craft seasonal menus and focus on guest satisfaction
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage culinary teams effectively
  • Knowledge of managing food, labor, and product costs
  • Skilled in executing dishes flawlessly and on schedule
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships within a team and with customers
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional food experiences
  • Familiarity with current culinary trends and technology
  • Commitment to upholding safety and health standards

  • Lead kitchen operations and staff to ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety
  • Develop and execute seasonally curated, guest-focused menus that utilize high-quality local ingredients
  • Manage food, labor, and operational costs to maintain budgetary goals

  • Implement and leverage next-generation cooking technology and kitchen management systems
