Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
- basic computer skills
- ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of start date
- must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- utilize skills and imagination to create a rotating menu based on resident choices and feedback
- make meal times a special experience for residents and guests
- manage a changing menu enabling use of different cooking styles and ensure appealing food presentation
- receive daily feedback from residents to create lasting connections
- support recruitment, selection, scheduling and training of culinary and dining team members
- live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
