Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of start date
  • must be 18 years of age or older

  • data entry experience preferred

Job Duties

  • utilize skills and imagination to create a rotating menu based on resident choices and feedback
  • make meal times a special experience for residents and guests
  • manage a changing menu enabling use of different cooking styles and ensure appealing food presentation
  • receive daily feedback from residents to create lasting connections
  • support recruitment, selection, scheduling and training of culinary and dining team members
  • live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
