Job Requirements

  • minimum of three years experience in culinary management
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to manage high volume food production
  • strong financial acumen related to cost control
  • effective team leadership skills
  • desire to learn and grow with the company

Job Qualifications

  • culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • high volume production and catering experience
  • previous experience managing cost controls
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • plans and creates all menus
  • purchases and manages inventory
  • rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • leads and manages culinary staff to ensure food quality and safety
  • ensures compliance with health and sanitation standards
  • collaborates with other departments to enhance service delivery
