  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen systems consistency cost management and operational execution
  • Passion for elevated cuisine flavor development and culinary creativity
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
  • Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with the Colorado Springs market is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead all BOH operations including culinary execution kitchen leadership and team development
  • Ensure consistent food quality flavor standards and presentation in alignment with the Felix brand
  • Oversee ordering inventory food cost and kitchen labor management
  • Create and enforce systems that promote kitchen efficiency cleanliness and organization
  • Manage BOH scheduling hiring training and performance development
  • Maintain a safe and compliant kitchen ensuring proper food handling and adherence to health department regulations
  • Work collaboratively with FOH leadership the GM and the corporate culinary team
  • Support menu innovation seasonal rollouts and chef-driven specials
  • Foster a positive energetic kitchen culture built on respect accountability and excellence
