Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in culinary management
  • Strong financial forecasting and operational analysis skills
  • Ability to recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Flexible availability to work varying schedules
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of food and beverage principles and practices
  • Experience managing people and complex problems in food and beverage management
  • Ability to follow brand and company standard operating procedures
  • Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and achievement orientation
  • Effective problem-solving skills in the workplace
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Preferably holds a valid Driver's License

Job Duties

  • Forecast expenses accurately
  • Analyze financial and operational information continuously to adjust business plans, labor needs, and operating costs
  • Identify major revenue and expense opportunities and potential challenges
  • Assist team leaders in achieving and surpassing Average Order Size (AOS) goals
  • Manage human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and compensation programs
  • Plan and oversee procurement, production, preparation, and presentation of all hotel food in a safe, sanitary, and cost-effective manner
  • Monitor and control the sanitation and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work environments
  • Implement and promote the Accident Prevention Program to reduce liabilities and costs
