Job Requirements

  • ability to learn, grow and evolve
  • experience leading a full scratch kitchen as executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef
  • experience crafting seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
  • ability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
  • ability to lead a kitchen to execute flawless dishes timely
  • ability to develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents
  • passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • comply with Oakmont Management Group’s COVID-19 vaccination, screening, and PPE policies

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as an executive chef or executive sous chef in a full scratch kitchen
  • strong knowledge of seasonal menu development and ingredient sourcing
  • experience managing food and labor costs effectively
  • excellent leadership and team management skills
  • ability to create exceptional food experiences focused on hospitality
  • familiarity with state-of-the-art kitchen technology and tools
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
