Job Requirements
- Completion of an accredited culinary institution program or equivalent degree
- Minimum of three to five years progressive experience in culinary or healthcare foodservice management
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative, and team oriented culture
- Ability to develop methodologies for collecting and analyzing relevant data
- Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, planning, delegation, coaching, communication, and computer skills
- Personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring
- Ability to be a self-starter and manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively and provide regular follow up
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversees day-to-day culinary and sanitation activities for the Food & Nutrition Services department
- Provides operational and technical support to management stakeholders
- Develops, implements, and coordinates core program systems like menus and cleaning practices
- Participates in monthly budget reviews and prepares reports for senior management
- Interviews, hires, trains, appraises, counsels, and supervises culinary staff
- Develops and administers program quality evaluations and customer satisfaction surveys
- Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, cash handling policies, and quality improvement programs
