- 3+ years of experience as an executive chef, sous chef, or culinary manager in hospitality, healthcare, or senior living
- Strong culinary skills

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire a professional kitchen team in a supportive, positive environment
- Prepare and execute high-quality meals using fresh ingredients and seasonal menus
- Partner with the Food and Beverage Director to launch company-standard menus and continually refine offerings
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food purchasing, budgeting, and inventory management
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards that meet or exceed regulations
- Cater special events and celebrations for residents and guests
- Hire, train, and mentor back-of-house staff to ensure consistency and pride in every plate
