Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Culinary or Hospitality
- minimum of five years of progressive culinary and kitchen management experience
- high volume, complex foodservice operations experience
- hands-on chef experience
- ServSafe certified
- proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office applications, email, and virtual communication tools
- excellent communication skills

- proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Email, Zoom or MS Teams, and internet
- excellent communication skills
- ServSafe certification
Job Duties
- Plan regular and modified menus according to established guidelines
- follow standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
- complete and utilize daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
- taste completed meals to ensure quality
- train kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, and operation of equipment
- establish and maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and work areas
- maintain inventory of food and non-food supplies
- make decisions regarding utilization of leftover food products within company guidelines
- comply with health and sanitation regulations and department procedures
- follow safety policies and report occurrences
- participate and attend departmental meetings and professional programs
