Job Duties
- Oversee day to day culinary operations across multiple locations ensuring alignment with organizational standards
- Lead menu execution and consistency working with chefs and kitchen managers to maintain quality and efficiency
- Drive culinary innovation by contributing ideas for menu development seasonal offerings and new concepts
- Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement while upholding brand standards and adapting to concept needs
- Support recruitment onboarding and training of culinary staff at all levels
- Mentor and develop chefs and kitchen leaders to promote growth engagement and retention
- Ensure all kitchens adhere to food safety sanitation and regulatory requirements
- Maintain consistency in recipes portioning and presentation standards across all outlets
- Partner with leadership to monitor food and labor costs ensuring budgets are met while maintaining quality
- Oversee vendor relationships product sourcing and inventory management
- Identify efficiencies in purchasing production and labor utilization
- Work closely with the Director of Culinary on strategic planning long term culinary initiatives and expansion projects
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to align culinary execution with overall business goals
- Support cross functional initiatives including marketing training and guest experience programs
