Job Requirements

  • Ability to learn, grow, and evolve
  • experience leading a full scratch kitchen in a senior living or similar high-quality culinary setting
  • experience crafting seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
  • ability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
  • ability to lead a kitchen team to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • ability to develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents
  • passion for service and creating exceptional food experiences
  • must pass criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • willingness to comply with health and safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE as required

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef
  • expertise in crafting seasonal and guest-focused menus
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to manage food, labor, and product costs effectively
  • knowledge of next-generation kitchen technology
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for hospitality and culinary excellence
