Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • Proven experience in high-volume production and catering
  • Experience in managing cost controls
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Job Duties

  • Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account
  • Plan and create all menus
  • Purchase and manage inventory
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • Oversee safety and sanitation related to the account
  • Lead and manage culinary team
  • Ensure high-volume production and catering standards are met
