Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years of culinary education
- Prior experience as an executive chef
- Knowledge of international and domestic dishes
- Ability to obtain required government licenses or certificates
- CPR or First Aid training preferred
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 400 pounds
- Frequent standing and walking
- Finger and hand dexterity to operate food machinery and utensils
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as an executive chef with knowledge of most international and domestic dishes
- Combination of education, training, and experience providing required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Minimum of three years of culinary schooling
- Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates

Job Duties
- Champion the culinary vision by designing innovative, seasonal menus blending creativity, regional flavors, and guest feedback
- Lead from the line with a hands-on approach inspiring, training, and mentoring a high-performing culinary team while upholding impeccable quality, safety, and productivity standards
- Be the face of the kitchen by engaging with guests during service to build connections, elevate service, and ensure every dish reflects culinary passion
- Drive excellence in production flow, staff performance, and real-time coaching to maintain consistency and elevate presentation
- Curate specialty menus for VIP events, banquets, tastings, and unique culinary activations showcasing creativity and elevating the hotel’s brand
- Ensure top-tier food safety, manage inventory precisely, and collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to support strategic goals and budget alignment
