Job Requirements
- Minimum ten years experience as Executive Chef with multiunit food and beverage operations
- Bachelor's degree
- Certification in Food Safety
- Alcohol awareness and Serve Safe training certification
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven leadership in complex environments with multiple direct reports
- Experience in ordering and inventory maintenance
- Ability to maintain efficient operations and troubleshoot equipment
- Excellent culinary and food processing skills

- Set and reach aggressive sales and profit goals by encouraging sampling and managing shrink

- Make innovative plans to improve business and collaborate across company levels
- Responsible for operation and financial results of restaurant, kitchen, Grab 'n Go case, banquet facility
- Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise culinary activities
- Set budget and earnings targets using forecasting
- Estimate food consumption and requisition food
- Select and develop recipes for specials and events
- Standardize recipes and establish presentation and quality standards
- Plan and price menus
- Ensure proper equipment operation and kitchen safety
- Supervise kitchen personnel with hiring, onboarding, development, and discipline
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas
- Monitor food preparation, portion sizes, and presentation
- Build high performing teams and handle conflict
- Lead by example in collaboration and motivate teams
- Mentor others and encourage development
- Develop successors and talent pools
