  • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume executive chef role
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and cost control
  • Proficient in menu development and staff training
  • ServSafe or local health certification required

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
  • Manage all culinary operations and production for the venue
  • Create innovative, seasonal, and cost-effective menus
  • Enforce sanitation and safety procedures according to standards
  • Collaborate with operations and purchasing on inventory and ordering
  • Maintain kitchen efficiency, food quality, and budget compliance
