Job Requirements
- 3 years minimum as an executive chef, executive kitchen manager or regional chef
- Prior experience at a fine dining or casual plus restaurant highly preferred
- 2-year culinary degree a plus
- ServSafe Sanitation certification

Job Duties
- Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant, foster an inclusive environment, develop and promote associates, hold team accountable in a constructive and supportive way
- Implement effective security protocols to ensure the safety of employees and guests
- Be the restaurant of choice and face of Fleming's by creating memorable guest experiences and engage in community outreach
- Exhibit strong business acumen by managing kitchen P&L, develop initiatives to build sales and increase profitability, coach team on their impact to P&L
- Take pride in presenting quality food by ensuring all menu items meet recipe and presentation standards
- Enforce safety and sanitation practices by maintaining immaculate facilities
- Live Fleming's Principles & Beliefs by being a role model and fostering passionate culture
