Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 5 years of experience in culinary leadership roles
- thorough knowledge of food preparation and banquet service
- strong organizational and time management abilities
- excellent communication skills in English
- ability to create and promote a positive working environment
- capability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
- physically able to stand, sit, walk, bend, lift, and squat for extended periods
- availability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations including food and beverage, restaurant and banquet service techniques, knowledge of health and safety regulations, strong organizational and time management skills, effective communication skills in English, ability to foster a positive working environment, capacity to perform well under pressure
Job Duties
- Prepare, assign and delegate responsibilities for the operation of the various food and beverage sub departments, ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to food and beverage as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations, ensure safety of team members and cleanliness of facility and equipment, monitor inventory of food, beverages and supplies to meet par requirements, assist in conducting monthly inventories, keep storerooms and refrigeration units organized, assist in ordering and receiving food products, beverages and supplies, ensure the kitchen is appropriately staffed and maintained daily, ensure compliance with company and franchise standards of operation and brand presentation
