Job Duties

  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • plans and creates all menus
  • purchases and manages inventory
  • rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • oversees all safety and sanitation standards
  • leads and manages a team of culinary associates
  • collaborates with marketing and support teams to elevate the dining experience
