Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years in an Executive Chef or similar executive-level role
  • Experience with grand openings and staffing kitchens from scratch
  • Ability to speak Spanish preferred
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local food safety regulations
  • Proven skills in menu development and food cost management
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities

  • Expertise in seafood cuisine and restaurant concept knowledge
  • Advanced culinary skills including food preparation and flavor pairings

Job Duties

  • Oversee culinary operations and manage kitchen staff
  • Develop and innovate seafood-focused menus
  • Manage food costs and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food handling regulations
  • Lead and train kitchen employees to maintain high performance
  • Coordinate staffing and scheduling, especially during grand openings
  • Foster a culture of creativity, motivation, and goal-setting
