Job Requirements
- At least 3 years in an Executive Chef or similar executive-level role
- Experience with grand openings and staffing kitchens from scratch
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local food safety regulations
- Proven skills in menu development and food cost management
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee culinary operations and manage kitchen staff
- Develop and innovate seafood-focused menus
- Manage food costs and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food handling regulations
- Lead and train kitchen employees to maintain high performance
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling, especially during grand openings
- Foster a culture of creativity, motivation, and goal-setting
