Job Requirements
- 5+ years of kitchen management and menu creation experience
- dedication to serve others including team members and guests
- hands-on approach with passion for cooking
- experience working with local farmers for fresh product sourcing
- strong knowledge of finances, labor management, quality control, and task completion

Job Duties
- Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft exceptional dishes
- nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- work hands-on alongside the kitchen team
- collaborate with General Managers and Home Office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
- ensure quality control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards
- manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet financial goals
- resolve kitchen issues effectively and promote positive staff and guest experiences
