Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of first day of employment
- previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
- basic computer skills
- data entry experience preferred

Job Duties
- create a rotating menu based on resident choices and feedback
- make meal times a special experience for residents and guests
- use diverse cooking styles and ensure appealing presentation of all food
- receive and respond to instant feedback from residents
- support recruitment, selection, scheduling, and training of culinary and dining team members
- uphold company core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
