Job Duties
- Manage daily kitchen operations and oversee cleanliness
- Control food costs and manage inventory efficiently
- Train, mentor, and develop a team of 10-12 culinary staff
- Collaborate with Noble House Corporate F&B team for menu development
- Create and implement special menus, seasonal offerings, and Chef Tables
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Drive culinary excellence and innovation throughout the hotel
