Job Requirements
- Degree in culinary arts preferred
- Minimum of ten years experience in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local food safety regulations
- Ability to create and develop new recipes
- Competence in menu planning and food ordering
- Experience managing staff schedules
- Strong organizational and leadership skills

- Enforce all food safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular production meetings to engage and motivate staff
