Job Requirements

  • Degree in culinary arts preferred
  • Minimum of ten years experience in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local food safety regulations
  • Ability to create and develop new recipes
  • Competence in menu planning and food ordering
  • Experience managing staff schedules
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Enforce all food safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct regular production meetings to engage and motivate staff
