Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of kitchen management experience
- ServSafe certification required
- Ability to manage high-volume food operations
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to comply with Department of Health regulations
Job Qualifications
- Five plus years of kitchen management or executive chef experience
- Bachelor's or culinary degree preferred
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue required
- Extensive experience in banquet style events
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Current ServSafe certification
- ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred
Job Duties
- Adhere to the companys mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- Review monthly profit & loss statements and make adjustments as necessary
- Work with the Operations team and Sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute all events including preparation and service of food and beverage
- Assist with cooking when needed
- Estimate food consumption and make purchases as appropriate
- Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate shifts in business volume
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
- Develop key staff including sous chefs and lead cooks
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- Supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all food
- Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits
- Implement cleaning schedules to comply with Department of Health regulations
- Report critical issues to the General Manager
