Job Requirements

  • 5-8 plus years of experience in refined or fine dining
  • 2-3 plus years in a CDC or Executive Chef role
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Proven culinary skills in Mediterranean cuisine
  • ServSafe Manager certification
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations and staff
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven team leadership tasting-level culinary excellence and a creative approach to seasonal Mediterranean cuisine
  • Strong cost control and systems thinking skills

Job Duties

  • Lead all kitchen operations including menu research and development costing prep guides ordering scheduling and sanitation
  • Hire train and mentor a talented back-of-house team while modeling calm clean and organized execution
  • Engineer a profitable lunch menu and rollout plan without compromising culinary quality
  • Maintain target food and labor costs and optimize vendor and inventory practices
  • Collaborate closely with front-of-house leadership to ensure a seamless memorable guest experience
