  • 5-8 plus years in refined or fine dining with 2-3 plus years at chef de cuisine or executive chef level
  • proven team leadership and creative culinary approach
  • strong cost control systems thinking skills
  • ServSafe Manager certification
  • ability to develop profitable menus and manage inventory effectively

Job Duties

  • lead all kitchen operations including menu research and development costing prep guides ordering scheduling and sanitation
  • hire train and mentor a talented back-of-house team while modeling calm clean and organized execution
  • engineer a profitable lunch menu and rollout plan without compromising culinary quality
  • maintain target food and labor costs and optimize vendor and inventory practices
  • collaborate closely with front-of-house leadership to ensure a seamless memorable guest experience
