Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous culinary leadership experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of employment
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Culinary degree or higher education preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Data entry experience preferred
- Ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of first day of employment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Plan and execute rotating menus based on resident preferences and feedback
- Create special dining experiences for residents and guests
- Utilize diverse cooking styles and ensure appealing food presentation
- Engage daily with residents to receive feedback and build lasting connections
- Support recruitment, selection, scheduling, and training of culinary and dining team members
- Uphold company core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
- Collaborate closely with Community Managers to enhance the resort-like dining experience
