Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous culinary leadership experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of employment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Culinary degree or higher education preferred
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Data entry experience preferred
  • Ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of first day of employment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute rotating menus based on resident preferences and feedback
  • Create special dining experiences for residents and guests
  • Utilize diverse cooking styles and ensure appealing food presentation
  • Engage daily with residents to receive feedback and build lasting connections
  • Support recruitment, selection, scheduling, and training of culinary and dining team members
  • Uphold company core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
  • Collaborate closely with Community Managers to enhance the resort-like dining experience
