Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- A 2-year, 3-year or 4-year culinary degree
- At least 5 years of progressive hotel culinary experience
- Previous supervisor responsibility
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
- Understanding of health department rules and regulations
- Familiarity with liquor laws and regulations
Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of the hotel’s food production
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide training
- Maintain profitable food and beverage operations
- Enforce food specifications, portion control, recipes, and sanitation standards
- Control food and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health department and liquor laws
- Maximize guest satisfaction through high-quality food and service
