Job Requirements
- Ability to learn, grow, and evolve within the role
- Experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef
- Experience crafting seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
- Ability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
- Ability to lead a kitchen to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with Oakmont Management Group's COVID-19 health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience leading full scratch kitchen operations as an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef
- Demonstrated ability to create seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
- Strong skills in managing food, labor, and product costs
- Ability to lead and inspire culinary teams in a collaborative environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional food experiences and customer service
- Familiarity with next-generation culinary technology and modern kitchen tools
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
