Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or catering/event establishment
  • At least 5 years experience in back-of-house leadership in a high-volume restaurant or event center
  • Strong culinary skills with passion for innovative dishes
  • Experience managing private events, banquets, and catering
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt priorities
  • Experience managing financials including P&L, budgets, and cost control
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a back-of-house leadership role in a high-volume restaurant or event center environment
  • Strong culinary skills with passion for innovative and flavorful dishes
  • Extensive experience managing and executing private events, banquets, and catering operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Solid financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost control
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of culinary operations in the restaurant and private events (banquets)
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus showcasing creativity, innovation, and culinary excellence
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Ensure compliance with Ecosure standards, Health Department regulations, and staff safety protocols
  • Manage food costing, inventory control, and budgeting to meet financial targets
  • Collaborate with the events team to create custom menus for private events and banquets
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment encouraging teamwork and professional growth
