Job Requirements
- Minimum of ten years' experience as an executive chef or sous chef in hotel, private club, fine dining restaurant or similar operation preferred
- ServeSafe certified
- Certified Dietary Manager certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Excellent management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and professional kitchen environment
Job Qualifications

- Post secondary courses in restaurant management, nutrition or related field preferred
- Degree or certificate from a culinary institute preferred

Job Duties
- Provide leadership in all kitchen operations and model hospitality culture
- Coordinate overall food preparation for the entire community
- Ensure recipes and standards are maintained to produce the highest quality food
- Oversee cooking and baking activities, dietary standards, sanitation, quality, and nutritional value of food
- Train and develop culinary personnel and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Manage inventory and kitchen supplies effectively
