Job Requirements
- ServeSafe certified
- Willingness to obtain Certified Dietary Manager certification within 12 months of hire
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Minimum of ten years experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a hotel, private club, fine dining restaurant or similar operation preferred
- Excellent management, interpersonal, team building and communication skills
- Post secondary courses in restaurant management, nutrition or related field preferred
- Degree or certificate from a culinary institute preferred

Job Duties
- Provide leadership in all kitchens and model hospitality culture
- Coordinate overall food preparation for the entire community
- Ensure recipes and standards are maintained producing the highest quality food products
- Manage cooking and baking activities adhering to dietary standards
- Oversee sanitation, quality, and nutritional value of food
- Train and develop culinary personnel
- Maintain a positive work environment for kitchen staff
