Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three to five years of culinary management experience
- experience in high volume food production and catering
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to manage cost controls
- effective team leadership skills
- willingness to learn and adapt

Job Duties
- Manages cost controls and monitors expenditures for the account
- plans and creates all menus
- purchases and manages inventory
- leads and supervises kitchen team members
- ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
- coordinates high-volume catering operations
