Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • experience in high volume food production and catering
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to manage cost controls
  • effective team leadership skills
  • willingness to learn and adapt

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience

  • previous experience managing cost controls
  • strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Manages cost controls and monitors expenditures for the account
  • plans and creates all menus
  • purchases and manages inventory
  • leads and supervises kitchen team members
  • ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • coordinates high-volume catering operations
