Job Requirements

  • College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • 4+ years kitchen management experience
  • 5+ years cooking experience
  • Good working knowledge of sanitation standards and food preparation
  • Ability to understand and achieve financial goals
  • Effective communication with public and team members
  • Proven leadership and training skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 pounds
  • Willingness to work extended hours in humid or extreme temperatures
