Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years experience in a senior culinary role
  • strong background in fine dining and steakhouse cuisine
  • proven leadership capabilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • willingness to relocate to Houston, TX
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as an executive chef or in a senior culinary leadership role
  • extensive background in fine dining, especially steakhouses
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to develop innovative menus and maintain high culinary standards
  • effective communication and organizational skills
  • passion for mentoring and staff development

Job Duties

  • oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation and presentation
  • develop and innovate menu items to uphold fine dining standards
  • manage inventory and procurement to ensure quality and cost-efficiency
  • mentor and train culinary staff to foster professional growth and high performance
  • collaborate with management and front-of-house teams to enhance guest satisfaction
  • enforce safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
  • drive culinary excellence and creativity within the team
